Luxury Modern Living at Grandview Addis, a Mixed-Use Development
Grandview Addis is an award-winning mixed-use development with a vision to stand out in the Ethiopian market. Located in the Bole district of Addis Ababa, this project features four towers arranged around a Retail Piazza and residents’ amenities, all perched above a multi-level parking structure. The design leverages the steep slope of the site to maximize exposure to the riverfront.
The site is bordered by Rwanda Street to the east and overlooks the Bulbula River to the west. Access to the development is directly from Rwanda Street, leading to the Central Piazza and 4,000 square meters of retail space, alongside a 10,000 square meter Commercial Tower, fostering strong connections with the surrounding community.
The three Residential Towers, consisting of 183 Apartments and Penthouses, are situated deeper within the development, grouped around a central residents’ Clubhouse and Pool, which opens onto park-like gardens by the river. The apartments and amenities are strategically oriented to capture views of the river valley. Interiors are designed to enhance the sense of space and light, featuring large windows and balconies that connect residents to the outdoors. The development is envisioned as a luxurious offering, with high-quality finishes and all bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms.

For the Grandview Addis mixed-use development, I produced 3D visualizations of the exterior and interior renders for the penthouse and gym.
The penthouse boasted a double-height living dining space, 360-degree view balconies, an expansive kitchen, and a glass staircase leading to two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The luxurious modern interior design featured clean lines, marble, wood, and brass highlights. The curtain walling provided stunning views of the Ethiopian landscape.
The social amenities, including the gym, bar, and other entertainment facilities, faced the beautiful riverfront, while the commercial spaces and offices were situated off the main road.
